Chef Ronde Murphy oversees the M Street Bar & Grill that prepares Mediterranean-influenced entrées and home-style dishes. The 21M Lounge is inspired by Marilyn Monroe. Designer Walter Gagliano created the lounge's glass sun room specifically for people-watching purposes. A second-floor self-service business center contains one computer and a printer. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas for a fee. A 24-hour fitness facility contains free weights and cardiovascular equipment. Expert Tip. Created by world renowned sculptor J. Seward Johnson, the hotel's "Forever Marilyn" sculpture is one of only five such statues in the world. Every two years the statue is power washed, and nail and lip color is carefully reapplied.
